Boline-Manfredi VFW Post 9662 was organized as a Post on May 17, 1949 and operates in accordance with the provision of Code of Iowa, Chapter 504A, relating to corporation not for profit.
The general nature and mission of Post 9662 are fraternal, patriotic, historical and educational:
- To preserve and strengthen comradeship among its members
- To assist worthy comrades
- To perpetuate the memory and history of our deceased and to assist their widows and orphans
- To maintain true allegiance to the government of the United States of America and fidelity to its Constitution and laws
- To foster true patriotism
- To maintain and extend the institution of American freedom
- And to preserve and defend the United States from all her enemies, whomsoever.
VFW Post 9662 has an Auxiliary composed of men and women that support the general nature and purpose of the Post. VFW Post 9662 receives cash donations to support members and families and may be mailed to:
